Who can resist the aroma of popcorn as it wafts through the air? Not us! Try this recipe by eliminating the use of butter and use olive oil instead. Not only is it better for your health, it tastes better too. Experiment with different flavored olive oils, like jalapeno, and spice things up a bit!
1 bag organic natural flavored microwave popcorn
1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste (optional)
Pop the bag of microwave popcorn till done. Immediately pour the popcorn into bowl while still hot. Drizzle the garlic olive oil over the top of the popcorn and toss to coat. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and toss some more. Add salt if needed. Easy and delicious!
